Circumstance:
The unit seems to be working, i.e. all lights are on and the display is also on. For example, you have entered 21°C as the target temperature and there is 19°C in the room. Nevertheless, the DST does not switch over so that the heating can switch on, the LED remains red.
Explanation:
The DST has 2 modes, cooling and heating. So you could also operate an air conditioner with it. If the DST is set to cooling, it releases the power to the unit when the desired temperature is lower than the current temperature. If the desired temperature is higher than the prevailing temperature, the LED remains red and the current is blocked.
Solution:
Set the DST to heating mode.
